Backcountry

Backcountry Rescue

The Backcountry Rescue is structurally identical to the Backcountry, except the decking is cut from international orange fabric instead of forest green. These snowshoes have been proven to be visible by aircraft at all rescue altitudes, and are also a favorite amoung hunters. The director of a famous climbing school chose to take the Backcountry Rescue on his mountaineering expedition to Pakistan in 1996. For the fashion conscious, the bright orange Backcountry Rescue has become one of the best selling snowshoes in Japan.
